RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Carbine Resources Limited (ASX: CRB) wishes to advise of the resignation of Aoife McGrath as Executive Director – Exploration of the Company.

Aoife has been instrumental in establishing Carbine’s West African gold strategy and presence in Burkina Faso. Aoife has helped build very solid foundations for the Company to progress its Madougou Gold Project. The Directors of Carbine would like to thank Aoife for all her efforts and wishes her well for her future ambitions.

The Company has immediately commenced a search for a suitable replacement.

Company Secretary, Grant Mooney has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
