CARASENT: NEW SHARE CAPITAL REGISTERED

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on October 18,2022 regarding issuance of 122,375 new shares in connection with the acquisition of HPI.

The share capital increase is now registered with the Enterprise Register. The new share capital is NOK 106.054.543,296 divided into 79.620.528 shares at par value NOK 1.332.
