Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 9 September 2020 regarding the Private Placement of 12,190,146 new shares of Carasent ASA.

Following registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement, the shareholding of Swedbank Försäkring AB, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swedbank AB (publ), will be reduced below 10% of the post-placement outstanding shares and votes. Following the share capital increase, the holding of Swedbank Försäkring AB as well as the consolidated holding of Swedbank AB will be 8.33% of outstanding shares and votes. This percentage is based on the current shareholding of 4,401,555. The holding consists of placements in capital insurance (Swedish: kapitalförsäkring) for the customers’ accounts.
