At the Apptix ASA shareholder meeting 09.05.2018 a private placement of NOK 27,008,000 representing 81,105,107 new shares, was resolved. The new share capital will be NOK 54,124,249.82 representing a total of 162,535,285 shares.

Following this placement, and sale of 40 000 shares on 09.05.2018, Tigerstaden AS owns of a total of 8 110 000 shares, corresponding to 4,99 % of the shares and votes in Apptix ASA.
