Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 29 July 2021 regarding the registration of new shares in connection with a Private Placement of new shares of Carasent ASA.

Following registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement, the shareholding of Aeternum Capital AS, is reduced below 15% of the outstanding shares and votes. Following the share capital increase, the holding of Aeternum Capital is 13,3% of outstanding shares and votes. This percentage is based on the current shareholding of 10,450,000.
