At the Apptix ASA shareholder meeting today a private placement of NOK 27,008,000 representing 81,105,107 new shares, was resolved. The new share capital will be NOK 54,124,249.82 representing a total of 162,535,285 shares.
Following this placcement, Songa Trading AS and Delay Trading AS, companies controlled by Arne Blystad, holds a total of 16,722,439 shares, representing 10,29 %.
