At the Apptix ASA shareholder meeting today a private placement of NOK 27,008,000 representing 81,105,107 new shares, was resolved. The new share capital will be NOK 54,124,249.82 representing a total of 162,535,285 shares.

Following this placement, TTC Invest AS controlled by Richard Urbanski and directly Richard Urbanski, holds a total of 4 800 000 shares, representing 2,95 %.
