At the Apptix ASA shareholder meeting on 09.05.2018 a private placement of NOK 27,008,000 representing 81,105,107 new shares, was resolved. The new share capital will be NOK 54,124,249.82 representing a total of 162,535,285 shares.

Following this placement, and a sale of 30 000 shares on 09.05.2018, Middelborg Invest AS owns a total of 8 115 567 shares (including forward contacts on 3 600 000 shares), corresponding to 4,99 % of the shares and votes in Apptix ASA.
