Sabaro Investment Ltd has today sold 4,097,780

shares, representing approximately 5.03 per cent of

the share capital in Apptix ASA. The shares were sold

at a price of NOK 1.80 per share.

Following the transaction, Sabaro Investment Ltd no

longer owns any shares in Apptix ASA.
