Factis Invest AB, a company controlled by Dennis Højer, COO and Managing Director of Evimeria EMR AB, has today bought 2,180,000 shares from Windchange AS, a company controlled by Johan Lindqvist, Chairman of the Board, for a price of NOK 8 per share.

Factis Invest AB has after this trade 4,433,053 shares which represents 10,9 % of the issued shares.

Windchange AS has *100,000 shares following this trade. Johan Lindqvist and companies controlled by him, have after this trade 7,684,124 shares, which represent 18,9 % of the issued shares.
