Carasent ASA - Resignation of board member

Board member Staffan Hanstorp has given notice of his resignation as a member of the board of directors of Carasent ASA with immediate effect.

"At the moment, I don't fully align with the owner who nominated me to the board regarding the company's direction and future agenda. There's no right or wrong, and there's no conflict between us either. However, I find myself in a difficult position when we lack alignment. It's regrettable, but I feel reassured that we have set Carasent on a very promising path, and I'm eager to witness the company's continued development.", says Staffan Hanstorp.
