carsales.com Limited (ASX: CRZ) today announces a change in its Company Secretary role.

Effective from Monday 26 October Cameron McIntyre will resign from the position of carsales Company Secretary after more than seven years and will be replaced by Ms Nicole Birman carsales.com Ltd General Counsel.

Mr McIntyre will continue with the company, however will become Chief Operating Officer of the company. The position of Chief Financial Officer previously occupied by Mr McIntyre will be replaced.
