Appointments of Ms Kim Anderson and Mr Graham Brooke as Directors
Carsales Limited (ASX: CRZ) announces the appointment of Ms Kim Anderson and Mr Graham Brooke as non-executive Directors.
Ms Anderson is the Chief Executive of The Reading Room (thereadingroom.com) a community/social networking site for readers and is a Fellow of the Sydney University Senate, former Director of The Sax Institute and Chair of Sydney Talent P/L. Ms Anderson has more than 25 years experience in various advertising and media executive positions within companies such as Southern Star Entertainment, PBL and NineMSN and will also join the carsales Board Audit and Risk Management Committee.
Mr Brooke is a Managing Director of CVC Australia. He joined CVC in 1999 from Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance where he advised on private equity and corporate acquisitions and divestments. Mr. Brooke is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a degree in Classics from Oxford University.
