Amendment to Consolidation Timetable
Cell Aquaculture Ltd (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) (the “Company”) wishes to advise an amendment to the Timetable for Capital Consolidation presented on page 20 of the Notice of General Meeting released to the market on 20[th] May 2013.
The amended timetable is as set out below:

Notes

Trading in the consolidated Shares on a deferred settlement basis will not occur as the Company will still be suspended from quotation on the Official List.

As per Note 1, the Company’s securities will not be able to be traded prior to the General Meeting as the Company will still be suspended from quotation.
