RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

CAQ Holdings Limited ACN 091 687 740 (“ the Company ”) advise that Mr Paul Price has resigned as a NonExecutive Director of the Company effective immediately.

The Company wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Price and thanks him for his long contribution and service to the Company as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr Price was appointed as a director in 2013 and oversaw the transition of CAQ Holdings Limited in 2016.
