The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. based in Wrocław("Company") informs that on 29 June 2021 the Company's Supervisory Boardappointed Radosław Krawczyk to the Company's Management Board andentrusted him with the function of the Company's Chief Financial Officer.

The appointment is effective as of June 29, 2021.

Radosław Krawczyk has several years of professional experience, relatedto corporate finance and in particular: financial liquidity, financialrisk, insurance and credit policy and M&A transactions. Since 2013 hewas continuously associated with companies listed on the Warsaw StockExchange, where as part of his duties he was responsible for investorrelations and contacts with analysts and investors. Until 2017, he wasinvolved with PKP Cargo Group, serving as CFO and Board Member in theGroup's subsidiaries in Poland and Germany. From 2017 to 2020 he wasassociated with OT Logistics Group; he was President of the ManagementBoard of OT Logistics S.A. and was responsible for financial matters ofthe entire group and process of restructuring of the group. RadosławKrawczyk has also many years of experience in supervisory boards ofvarious companies. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics,Faculty of Finance and Banking, as well as from MBA studies (ExecutiveMaster of Business Administration).

Radosław Krawczyk is not engaged in any activities outside the Company'sbusiness that would be competitive to the activities conducted for theCompany. Radosław Krawczyk also does not participate in a competitivecompany as a shareholder in a civil law partnership, a privatepartnership, a company or a competitive legal entity as a member of itsbody.

Radosław Krawczyk is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors,which is maintained pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on theNational Court Register.
