Capstone Copper Corp. (ASX: CSC) – Admission and Quotation
Description
Capstone Copper Corp. (‘CSC’), a foreign company registered in Canada, was admitted to the Official List of ASX as an ASX Foreign Exempt Listing on Wednesday, 31 January 2024.
Official Quotation of CSC fully paid common shares to be settled in the form of CHESS depository interests (‘CDIs’) at a ratio of 1 for 1 is expected to commence at 12:00pm (AEDT) on Friday, 2 February 2024.
As an ASX Foreign Exempt Listing, CSC is primarily regulated by the listing rules of its home exchange (being the Toronto Stock Exchange) and is exempt from complying with most of ASX’s Listing Rules.
CSC did not raise any capital in conjunction with its listing on ASX.
