This is to inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 26[th] April 2021, approved the reappointment of Mr. Robin Banerjee (DIN: 00008893) as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 1 (One) year commencing from April 29, 2021 to April 28, 2022 (both days inclusive), subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Mr. Robin Banerjee is not debarred from holding the Office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority. Further, he is not related to any of the existing Directors of the Company.
