RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Capricorn Metals Ltd (ASX: CMM) advises that Ms Tammie Dixon has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Ms Dixon has agreed to continue to assist the Company as required on a contract basis for 12 months.
The Board would like to thank Ms Dixon for her service to Capricorn and wish her the best in her future endeavours.
Chief Executive Officer Kim Massey will oversee the Company’s financial functions and perform the role of Company Secretary on an interim basis.
