APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of Capricorn Metals Ltd (CMM or the Company) is pleased to advise that it has appointed Mr Bernard De Araugo as a non-executive director of the Company.

Mr De Araugo is a qualified metallurgist with over 30 years’ experience in mining and processing, including senior management and technical roles at several gold mining operations in Australia and overseas. He has held senior leadership roles across a range of business disciplines including operations, commercial management and technical functions at Orica Mining Services and leading processing consumables supplier Donhad Pty Ltd where he was an executive director for over 12 years.

Mr De Araugo currently provides metallurgical consulting services to the processing services industry.

Executive Chairman Mark Clark said: “We are delighted to welcome Bernie to the board of Capricorn. He brings a breadth of technical and commercial experience well suited to Capricorn’s business and we look forward to his contribution”.
