MALAGASY APPOINTS GRAEME BODEN AS A NONEXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Malagasy Minerals Limited (ASX:MGY) is pleased to advise that Graeme Boden has been appointed as a Non-executive Director with effect from today.

Mr Boden has a Bachelor of Economics and is an Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in listed public companies both as a Director and Company Secretary.

He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Boden has spent the past seven years with World Titanium Resources Ltd (WTR),initially as a Director, and currently as Company Secretary. WTR is developing a mineral sands project at Toliara in Madagascar, around 150km northwest of where Malagasy is exploring its highly promising graphite project.

Graeme is also a Non-Executive Director of Gold Mines of Peru Ltd.
