NEW APPOINTMENTS - CFO & COMPANY SECRETARIES

Malagasy Minerals Limited (ASX:MGY) advises that Mr Graeme Boden and Ms Natasha Forde have been appointed as dual Company Secretaries for the Company. Mr Boden will also take on the Role of Chief Finance Officer (CFO) for the group. These appointments will take effect as from today's date

The Company wishes to record its appreciation to Mr Max Cozijn for his services as CFO and Company Secretary since the company's formation in September 2006. These changes will free up Mr Cozijn's workload to enable him to concentrate on his continuing role as Chairman of the Board.
