Director Declaration -directorship of current director

Capricorn announces that Maria Gordon, Chair of the board of directors of the Company, is also the current non-executive chair of the board of Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A., a public limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg ("Constellation"). Constellation announced on 6th March 2025 that it has successfully listed on Euronext Growth Oslo. Prior to this date Constellation was not listed on any trading exchange.

This announcement has been made in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9(2).
