Director Declaration - new directorship of current director

Capricorn announces that with effect from 1 April 2022, Alison Wood, a non-executive director of the Company, will be appointed as a non-executive director of Galliford Try Holdings PLC ("Galliford Try"). It is intended that Alison will be appointed chair of Galliford Try from 15 September 2022.
