Resignation of Director
As previously advised we confirm Phil Jobe’s resignation. Phil leaves the Board of Capral on excellent terms having made a substantial contribution to delivering the company’s strategy and securing a sustainable long-term return for shareholders.
Phil, who was appointed to the Capral Board on 24 April 2009 initially as Chief Executive and Managing Director and since 2013 as Non-Executive Director has advised that he will be stepping down from his position as Director, member of the Audit & Risk Committee and member of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee effective 27 April 2022.
We wish Phil a happy and fulfilling retirement.
