Director Retirement

The Board of Directors of Capral Limited (ASX: CAA) (Capral) advises that Ian Blair has retired as a Non-Executive Director effective 17 June 2020.

It is with a mixture of sadness and gratitude that we announce Ian Blair’s resignation from the board of Capral. After 14 years of dedicated service to the Company and its shareholders, Ian leaves the board having made a substantial contribution towards delivering the company’s strategy and building a sustainable and viable Company for shareholders. In particular, as Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee, Ian has provided the Board and the Company with the benefit and comfort of his substantial experience and wisdom.

We wish Ian a happy and fulfilling retirement.
