CapMan's updated Annual Report has been published

In accordance with the announcement today on 1 March 2019, CapMan Plc has updated its Annual Report, including the Report of the Board of Directors and the Group Financial Statements, to correspond to the corrected proposal for distribution of funds by the Board of Directors.

The company's Board of Directors will propose to CapMan Plc's Annual General Meeting that considering distributable earnings, the dividend per share for 2018 would be EUR 0.06 instead of the originally proposed EUR 0.12. The Board of Directors issued a Notice to an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened on 25 March 2019 to decide on the equity repayment of EUR 0.06 per share. The total distribution for 2018 would remain unchanged at EUR 0.12 per share.
