CapMan's financial reports in 2020

CapMan Group will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2019 on Thursday, 30 January 2020. The 2019 Annual Report, including the Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors, will be published in February 2020 during week 8.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, 11 March 2020 at 10.00 a.m. EET in Helsinki.

In addition to the Financial Statements Bulletin, CapMan Group will publish three financial reports in 2020 as follows:

• Interim Report for the period 1 January 31 March 2020 on 23 April 2020
• Half-Year Financial Report for the period 1 January 30 June 2020 on 6 August 2020
• Interim Report for the period 1 January 30 September 2020 on 29 October 2020

CapMan's financial information will be published in Finnish and English. All financial information is available immediately upon release also at CapMan's website, www.capman.com.
