Record date and payment date of the second dividend and equity repayment instalment of EUR 0.07 resolved by the Annual General Meeting 2022

The Annual General Meeting of CapMan Plc held on 16 March 2022 resolved on a payment of dividend and equity repayment in two instalments for the financial period that ended on 31 December 2021. The Annual General Meeting resolved that the first instalment of EUR 0.08 per share, consisting of a dividend of EUR 0.02 per share and equity repayment of EUR 0.06 per share, shall be paid in March 2022 and the second instalment of EUR 0.07 per share, consisting of a dividend of EUR 0.02 per share and equity repayment of EUR 0.05 per share, in September 2022.

The Board of Directors of CapMan has on 14 September 2022 resolved in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting that the dividend payment date for the second instalment of EUR 0.07 per share shall be 23 September 2022. The ex-dividend date for the instalment shall be 15 September 2022 and the record date 16 September 2022.
