CapMan Plc ("the Company") has on 1 March 2024 received a notification, pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, that Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company's holding of the shares and votes in the Company has decreased below the threshold of five (5) per cent on 1 March 2024 following a directed share issue by the Company.

The Company has one series of shares in which each share carries one vote. The aggregate number of shares is 176,522,148.
