CapMan Plc ("CapMan") has on 21 November 2019 received a notification pursuant to chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act from Föreningen Konstsamfundet rf., made on behalf of Silvertärnan Ab (business identity code 2995193-4).

Pursuant to the notification, the aggregate holdings of shares and voting rights of Silvertärnan Ab has exceeded 5% and 10% on 21 November 2019. The notification is based on Silvertärnan Ab's acquisition of a total of 16,226,519 CapMan shares in a stock market transaction conducted on 21 November 2019. Pursuant to the transaction, Silvertärnan Ab holds 10.56% of the shares and voting rights of CapMan.

Föreningen Konstsamfundet rf. holds the controlling position of the shares and voting rights in Silvertärnan Ab. Other holders of shares and voting rights in Silvertärnan are Oy Hammarén & Co Ab and Boldhold Oy, a company controlled by Joakim Frimodig.
