Changes in CapMan’s Management Group

CapMan strengthens its Management Group through new appointments and re
-assignments of tasks.

Heidi Sulin is appointed COO and member of the Management Group. She joins
CapMan from Hartwall Capital, where she worked since 2016, most recently as COO.
She has previously worked as General Counsel at CapMan. As COO, her
responsibilities will include overseeing fund administration, legal and
compliance, risk management, IT, ESG and other CapMan Platform operations. She
will take on the position in November 2021.

Atte Rissanen is appointed CFO and member of the Management Group. He currently
works as Strategy and Business Development Director at CapMan and has been with
the Group since 2017. Rissanen previously held corporate finance positions at
Summa Capital and EY. In his new role, he will be responsible for financial
administration while maintaining his corporate development duties. Rissanen will
take on the new position starting from January 2022.

develop its platform operations and deliver on our growth strategy going

CapMan’s current CFO Niko Haavisto will leave his position in January 2022 and
will continue in an advisory role for the remainder of 2022 to ensure a smooth
transition of his responsibilities to Sulin and Rissanen.

his career. I would like to extend my warmest gratitude to Niko, who has been
instrumental in implementing the recent transformation of CapMan and enabling
the execution of our growth strategy,” comments Frimodig.

Antti Kummu is appointed Managing Partner of CapMan Growth and joins CapMan’s
Management Group. Kummu has worked as Partner at CapMan Growth since 2017,
before which he worked as director at Tesi (Finnish Industry Investments). Juha
Mikkola will continue as Senior Partner in the Growth team but will leave
CapMan’s Management Group. The changes will take effect in August 2021. Heikki
Juntti, currently Investment Director, is promoted to Partner at CapMan Growth.

focus full-time on investment activities while providing continuity in the
