Niko Haavisto appointed as CFO of CapMan Plc

CapMan Plc Stock Exchange Release 28 January 2010 8.30 a.m. Niko Haavisto appointed as CFO of CapMan Plc Niko Haavisto, M. Sc. (Business), age 37, has been appointed as CFO and member of CapMan Plc Management Group as of 1 May 2010. Haavisto joins CapMan from Oriola-KD Corporation, where he has been Director of Financial Control and Planning. Prior to Oriola-KD he worked as financial controller at GE Healthcare Finland and as Authorised Public Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. At CapMan Haavisto will be responsible for Group Finances and Accounting and IT. He will report to CEO Heikki Westerlund. Senior Partner Olli Liitola, M.Sc.
