Sub: Clarification regarding movement in price

Dear Sirs,

This is in reference to your letter no. NSE/CM/Surveillance/15200 dated February 4, 2025, we wish to inform you that there has not been any information of any significance that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the company.

The company had a board meeting on 14[th] November, 2024 in which the quarterly financial results and issuance of fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each on a rights basis to eligible equity shareholders of the company, as of the record date (to be notified later). The rights issue will have an issue size of up to ₹49.95 crores (Rupees Forty-Nine Crores and Ninety Five Lakhs Only), in accordance with applicablelaws, including the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 were approved by the board and same had already been uploaded on the portal on same day.
