NOTICE OF HALF YEAR RESULTS

Capital & Regional, the convenience and community focused shopping centre REIT , will announce its results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 on Thursday, 1 August 2024.

An in-person presentation for analysts and investors will be held at 10.00 a.m. UK time on the day, with a webcast also available.
