COMPLETION OF DISPOSAL OF JARMAN FIELDS HEMEL HEMPSTEAD

Further to its announcement on 20 August 2013, Capital & Regional plc, the specialist retail property company, today announces the completion of the sale of Jarman Fields, the leisure property in Hemel Hempstead, to Tesco Pension Trust. As a result, the cash consideration of £8.5 million has now been received.
