Caron Krieger, Ian Krieger's wife, sold 66,257 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company.  The shares were sold at 25.5 pence per share on 30 December 2019.

Ian Krieger acquired 105,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company.  The shares were acquired at 25.5 pence per share on 30 December 2019.

Both transactions were completed on the London Stock Exchange.  Following the transactions Ian Krieger's beneficial interest has increased to 105,000 ordinary shares.
