The Company has received notification of the following transactions involving the acquisition of ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") in the Company on 16 May 2017 through the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme ("the Scrip").  The Shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at 56.48 pence per share, being the Scrip reference share price.
