DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

On 12 September 2016 the Company received notification that PDI Investment Holdings Ltd had entered into the following arrangements in respect of their holdings of ordinary shares in the Company:

·      On 31 May 2016 PDI Investment Holdings Ltd pledged 33,649,302 ordinary shares in the Company as security in respect of an investment arrangement.   The terms of the arrangement means that the number of shares pledged is periodically reviewed and is subject to change. 

·      On 4 July 2016 a further 9,169,570 ordinary shares in the Company were pledged, resulting in a total of 42,818,872 shares being subject to the pledge.

·      On 17 August 2016, 3,107,960 ordinary shares in the Company were released resulting in 39,710,912 being currently pledged.

Louis Norval, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has a beneficial interest in PDI Investment Holdings Ltd. PDI Investment Holdings Ltd has a total shareholding of 65,462,806 shares, representing 9.342% of the Company's issued share capital, this includes the 39,710,912 of shares currently pledged.  The shareholding is maintained on the London Stock Exchange.
