NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.2 OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES

On 29 September 2015 and 30 September 2015 Capital & Regional plc (the Company) received notification of the following transactions in shares in the Company:

Kiyoma Lakes Trust acquired 60,000 shares on 29 September 2015 at 67.07p per share.

Rose Trust acquired 2,648 shares on 30 September 2015 at 66.5p per share.

Byron Norval, the son of Louis Norval is a beneficiary of Kiyoma Lakes Trust.  Robyn Merrington, the daughter of Louis Norval, is a beneficiary of Rose Trust.

Following this the revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval in ordinary shares of the Company is 172,835,014 shares representing 24.66%.
