NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.2R OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES

The Company received notification on 13 August 2015 pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the following Director's interests in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company:

Hugh Scott-Barrett       

To reallocate and acquire shares across his holdings Hugh Scott-Barrett acquired 117,055 shares at a purchase price of 66p per share and sold 87,055 shares at a sale price of 65p per share, both on 13 August 2015.  The acquired shares were purchased through a Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).

Hugh Scott-Barrett's beneficial holding following the transactions has increased by 30,000 to 2,062,054 shares.
