The Company received notification on 22 May 2015 that Caron Krieger, the wife of Ian Krieger, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares on 22 May 2015 at a price of 59.0p per share.  These 100,000 shares represent the total revised beneficial interest of Ian Krieger in the ordinary shares of the Company.
