The Company also received notification on 5 March 2015 that Karoo Investment Fund had disposed of 2,200,000 ordinary shares on 4 March 2015 at an average price of 56.61p.  Neno Haasbroek and Louis Norval both have a beneficial interest in the share held by Karoo Investment Fund.  Following all of the above transactions the revised beneficial interests of Louis Norval and Neno Haasbroek are 197,646,409 and 181,803,825 respectively.
