Notice of AGM and publication of Annual Report

Capital & Regional plc today announces that its 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held on 12 May 2015 at 10.00 am at The Rubens at The Palace Hotel, The Van Dyke Suite, 39 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1W 0PS.

In connection with this, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the 2014 Annual Report and Accounts are being posted or made available to shareholders today.   Copies of the documents will shortly be available in the Investor relations section of the Capital & Regional plc website at www.capreg.com and from the National Storage Mechanism at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Notice of AGM includes a resolution to approve a final dividend for the year ended 30 December 2014 of 0.60p.  Please note the payment date for this dividend has been amended to 14 May 2015 from the 12 May 2015 previously stated in the Full Year Results announcement on 4 March 2015.
