Equatorial Palm Oil plc, (AIM: PAL), the AIM listed palm oil development company with operations in Liberia, is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, 27 June 2013, were duly passed. 

In addition, the Company announces that the AGM Presentation used during the meeting will be made available on the Company's website.
