Death of Director

The Board of Capital Metals plc (AIM:CMET) is very sad to announce the death of Mr Geoffrey Brown, non-executive director of the Company. Mr Brown has been a director since 2008. His fellow board members and all his other colleagues wish to place on record their profound thanks for his long and outstanding service to the Company. Mr Brown has had a long and distinguished career, most notably in the agricultural sector as a group CEO and board member on many listed companies both in the UK and Asia.
