Result of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held on 5 July 2023, all 14 resolutions proposed were duly passed.
The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023, copies of which have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism which is located at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
