AWARDS UNDER THE MATCHING SHARE PLAN

The following awards of nil cost options were made to Ian Hawksworth, Soumen Das and Gary Yardley (the "Executive Directors") on 5 April 2016. The awards were made under the Capital & Counties Properties PLC Matching Share Plan following the co-investment of shares held by the Executive Directors, and were based on a market value of 332.8 pence per share:
