DIRECTOR / PDMR AWARDS

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a), Capital & Counties Properties PLC announces that the following awards were made to Executive Directors on 11 March 2016:

(A)        PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN

Pursuant to the Company's Performance Share Plan, the following awards of nil cost options, which represent 150% of 2016 salary, were made based on a market value of 315.30 pence per share:

(B)        MATCHING SHARE PLAN

(i)         Pursuant to the Company's Matching Share Plan the following deferred nil cost options were awarded based on a market value of 315.30 pence per share. These awards represent the 50% of each Executive Director's 2015 bonus that has been deferred into shares for three years:
