AWARDS UNDER MATCHING SHARE PLAN

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a), Capital & Counties Properties PLC announces that the following awards of nil cost options were made to Executive Directors on 10 September 2013:

The awards were made under the Capital & Counties Properties PLC Matching Share Plan following the co-investment of shares held by each Executive Director, and were based on a market value of 317.2p per share.

Vesting of the awards is dependent on the satisfaction of the performance conditions set out in the Company's 2012 Annual Report.
